What To Include

When contacting support, include your device model, iOS version, BraveArc app version, and a short description of what happened. If the issue is about sync, mention which devices are involved and whether both are signed in with the same Apple account.

Common Checks

  • Confirm BraveArc has access to Apple Reminders in iOS Settings.
  • Use Parent Hub > Sync Now after signing in on a second device.
  • If Parent Hub is locked, use the parent PIN or configured biometric unlock.
  • For subscription questions, manage BraveArc Pro through Apple's Settings > Subscriptions.
